Art-Trader.ca assumes no responsibility for any fees or commissions directly related to the sale of the artwork displayed on Art-Trader.ca.  Art-Trader.ca offers no warranty and assumes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, description, condition, quality, images, authentication or delivery of the artwork displayed on Art-trader.ca. Appropriate due diligence on behalf of both the art buyer and art seller is strongly encouraged to ensure an informed and authentic transaction. Art-Trader.ca is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of the user’s access to or uses of the Art-Trader.ca website. Users of Art-Trader.ca acknowledge that their personal information will be used by the website. Art-Trader.ca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, limit or suspend any content or user’s access to the website without notice or liability, for any reason.
