Appropriate due diligence on behalf of both the art buyer and art seller is strongly encouraged to ensure an informed and authentic transaction. Art-Trader.ca is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of the user’s access to or uses of the Art-Trader.ca website. Users of Art-Trader.ca acknowledge that their personal information will be used by the website.
